What You’ll Do

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards
• Provide high‑quality men’s haircuts and grooming services
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team‑focused salon culture

What We’re Looking For
