Sport Clips Haircuts in Glendale, WI is hiring Assistant Managers to lead a fast-paced salon team of stylists and cosmetologists. This role focuses on daily operations, scheduling, inventory management, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will participate in a Management-in-Training program that develops leadership skills and career growth opportunities within the company. Average pay is $28+ per hour, with base pay, tips, incentives and retail commission.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Wisconsin cosmetology or barber license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Wisconsincosmetology license or barber license
• Management experience preferred, including salon, spa, retail, or store management
• Men’s hair cutting experience in a salon is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
