What You'll Earn

• $31–$44/hr (base + tips + commission)
• Retail Commission and Service Commission up to $8/hr — 45% of our team hits it every pay period

What We're Looking For

• Valid WA State Cosmetology or Barber license
• Management experience preferred — salon, spa, retail, or store management
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Experience as a hair stylist or barber — men's cutting preferred

Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred but not required

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
