Sport Clips Haircuts in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow into leadership while still cutting hair.

You’ll coach stylists, assist with scheduling, and help maintain salon standards while fostering a welcoming, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Cosmetology or Barber license is required.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience is a plus but not required.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture.
