Sport Clips Haircuts in Brownsburg is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations and lead a high-performing team. This role is ideal for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist aiming to grow into leadership while continuing to cut hair.

You’ll coach stylists, manage scheduling, and uphold top-tier client experiences, all while promoting a positive salon culture and teamwork. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Active IN Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men's cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required).
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.
