Ideal candidates hold an active cosmetology or barber license, have salon leadership or team‑lead experience, and are available to work flexible evenings and weekends while focusing on customer service and team development.

Qualifications

Sport Clips Haircuts in Broken Arrow (Aspen Avenue) is now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow their leadership career while still doing what they love: cutting hair.
