Job summary

Pathways Inc. - Kentucky is seeking a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) to provide behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, supporting high-quality ABA services and ensuring alignment with BACB standards.

The LABA will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, maintain electronic documentation, collaborate with a neurodiverse child-focused team, and help implement treatment plans across assigned consumers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Current BCaBA certification.
• Current LABA license and required licensure.

Salary Range

$50,000 - $56,250

Job Summary

The Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) provides behavioral interventions to assigned consumers under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst. The LABA will support the delivery of quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensure services are provided in accordance with Pathways policies and procedures and the standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Minimum Education & Licensing Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Current BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) certification.
• Current Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license.
• Must maintain all required certifications and licensure.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Experience working with neurodiverse children is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a behavioral health team.
• Ability to supervise and support RBTs.
• Competency with computers, electronic devices, and electronic documentation systems.
• Ability to follow treatment plans, clinical direction, organizational policies, and BACB standards.
