Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a licensed architect to provide project management for a diverse mix of educational, industrial, municipal, and commercial projects in the Southwest region.

The candidate will lead the development of construction documents and specifications, coordinate with design teams, and ensure quality control across all phases of design and construction. Arizona licensure is preferred, with the right to work in multiple states.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture.
• Licensed Architect registered in the State of New Mexico, Arizona or Texas.
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in project management and leading/t directing multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the architectural scope of work and fee for projects.
• Develop project plans including scheduling, allocation of resources, and planned financial success for operations.
• Collaborate with team members for effective execution across all design and construction phases.
• Prepare technical equipment specifications for construction documents.
• Develop and maintain progress, quality control, schedule, staffing, and coordination with project management including regular reporting.
