Qualifications

• Apprentice Electrician License is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet all day.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, measurements, and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and explain solutions clearly.
• Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for electrical work.
• Read blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine project requirements.
• Mentor and train apprentices while promoting safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and teammates to ensure project success.
• Follow all safety standards and electrical codes.
