Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Two years of post-Master’s supervised experience preferred for all levels.
• Current licensure through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners is required for Level II, and independent licensure for Level III.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Meet established clinical productivity and quality standards.
