Job summary

Grants wellness & Rehabilitation seeks an experienced Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations while integrating clinical services with business plans to meet clinical, performance, and financial goals. The administrator is expected to stay long-term and deliver measurable impact to the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in healthcare administration, at least two years’ long-term care experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in long term care or similar experience.
• Excellent communication with a hunger to create, improve, and sustain positive relationships with all healthcare workers or visitors.

Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison between governing body and Center personnel.
• Ensures Center compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
• Ensures that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner.
• Ensures that all Standard of Care and service provided is of the highest quality.
• Ensures recruitment and retention of quality, professional, service-oriented personnel.
• Represents the Center’s place in the community at large.
• Participates in the development and implementation of the long-term goals and directions of the company.
