Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our family in Texas. The LVN will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities of the unit.

New grads and walk-ins are welcome. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full‑time positions, competitive pay, daily pay option, 401(k) with match, health insurance for the family, PTO, and strong corporate support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas LVN license.
• CPR certification is required.
• IV therapy certification or training preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents on the assigned unit.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities and staff on the unit.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.
