Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a Licensed Therapist for the Virtual Care Clinic in a work-from-home capacity. The role delivers psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies meeting established standards of care.

The position involves developing treatment plans with patient/family input, ongoing reassessment, and potential initial assessments in outpatient settings. Supervision may be provided where qualified, along with adherence to confidentiality and ethics.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counselling is required.
• Licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).
• Dual licensure for IN and KY preferred but not required.
• Must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to counseling services.
• Knowledge of strategies for CBT concepts and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies.
• Develop patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess as needed.
• May conduct initial patient assessments if assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and interpret performance improvement data.
• May provide clinical supervision if qualified; participate in consultation and maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.

This is a Work-from-Home position.

Provides clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies that meet the established standards of care and standards of practice.

Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess treatment plans appropriately.

If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged, may provide for initial patient assessment. Participates in performance improvement activities and assists in the interpretation of performance improvement data.

If qualified, may provide clinical supervision. Expected to participate in consultation, set professional boundaries, maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical conduct.

Minimum Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counselling and licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).
• Dual licensure for IN and KY preferred but not required.
• Must have supervision training to provide clinical supervision in that program.
• Must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services.
• Must have knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
• Additional skills required include thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field
