Job summary

Americare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide per diem nursing care in an assisted living facility. The role requires independence, strong clinical skills, and clear communication with residents and staff.

CHHA/home care experience is a plus, and applicants should be proficient with basic office apps (Outlook, Word, printing and scanning). Per diem schedule offers flexible shifts and supportive management.

Qualifications

• Must hold a New York State LPN license.
• CHHA experience preferred and Home Care experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent clinical skills and professional communication.
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, printing and scanning tools.
