Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing services, ensuring high-quality care according to individualized plans. This role involves collaboration with RN Case Managers and caregivers to promote health and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, actively licensed in Tennessee, and must have professional liability insurance.

This position offers $35.00 hourly pay, shift differentials, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN license in good standing in Tennessee.
• Professional Liability Insurance required before start date.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred; home health experience a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.

Status: Overnights- 8 and 12 hour shifts available.

Pay: $35.00 hourly pay + Shift Differential + Mileage
