Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in West Palm Beach, Florida, to provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health care. In this role, you'll work closely with clinical teams to ensure quality patient support while fostering meaningful relationships.

Requirements

• Current, active FloridaLPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
