Job summary

Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Ridgeland, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, and provide direct patient care to residents, working with an interdisciplinary team to meet individual care plans and safety standards.

The role requires current SC LPN licensure, CPR certification, strong communication, and the ability to lift and move patients as needed.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families.
