Job summary

Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at a well-known facility in Palo Alto and Menlo Park, CA. You will provide essential nursing care, support health assessments, administer medications, and assist in care plans in various settings.

You must be a U.S. citizen or hold a Green Card to qualify for this position, and you will work closely with RNs and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in California, in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of LPN experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist in the assessment and monitoring of patient conditions.

In this role, you will provide essential nursing care, support patient health assessments, administer medications, and assist in the implementation of care plans in various settings.

Minimum Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of California, in good standing with no negative indicators
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Licensed Practical Nurse experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in the English language
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Legal Work Authorization in the U.S
