This role is responsible for designing and executing strategies to protect the company’s intellectual property, ensure customer compliance with license agreements, and drive revenue recovery through formal and informal engagements. The successful candidate will work closely with legal, sales, finance, and partner teams to enforce compliance programs and build trusted customer relationships. This is a high-impact role in a global software company committed to innovation, intellectual property protection, and fair software usage.
