Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Full Time Security Shift Supervisor for a Library in Boston, MA. The position runs Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, with starting pay of $25.70 per hour, paid orientation and training. The role requires supervising a team of security officers and coordinating services on the shift.

A high school diploma, 18+ years, strong communication, reports, and a valid driver's license are required. Background check and drug/alcohol testing are part of the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs.
• Valid driver's license and driving experience.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on the shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved guidelines.
