Job summary

The Leach Library is seeking a Library Director in Londonderry, NH. The role reports to the Board of Trustees and works with a management team to supervise personnel, shape collections, and create programs for all ages.

This in-person, full-time position offers a salary range of $95,035.20–$105,000 with excellent benefits, commensurate with experience, and is supported by the Leach Library Personnel Policy.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree, MLS or MLIS preferred from an ALA-accredited school.
• Five years experience with at least three years supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent internal and external communication that inspires the community and staff.
• Experience with unions, strategic planning, and capital projects is highly desirable.
