The Policy, Training, and Cooperative Programs Division provides instruction and coordinates internal and external training programs while managing and participating in the Program for Cooperative Cataloging (PCC), for which it also serves as the Secretariat. The position of the Senior Cooperative and Instructional Programs Instructor serves as a key member of a team responsible for designing, developing, and carrying out best practices for online and instructor-led instructional programs for staff and management in the Library Collections and Services Group. The team is responsible for administering training activities through the service unit's training website and Library-wide learning management system. The position applies professional knowledge of library science, training principles, and instructional design methods in the preparation and implementation of training courses for the Library Collections and Services Group.
