Job summary

Job Details: Job Location: Warr Acres Library - Warr Acres, OK 73132, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: ALA accredited MLIS/MLS, Salary Range: $52,540.80 - $64,376.00 Salary, Travel Percentage: Negligible, Under general direction, performs a variety of professional librarian duties including providing information and assistance to customers of all ages; planning, scheduling, and presenting programs and/or services; performing reference, readers’ advisory services and bibliographic instruction; building relationships with community organizations; providing technology instruction; engaging in civic participation. The position will assist guests of all ages but will have a special interest in leading programming and outreach for children.

This position will be assigned to the Warr Acres Library, located at 5901 NW 63rd Street in Warr Acres, OK. The hiring salary for this position is $52,540.80 annually. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week and is classified as exempt from the federal Fair Labor Standards Act. The candidate should be available to work all hours the library is open, including some weekends and evenings.**Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the library.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Education and Experience:
