Sedgwick is seeking a Liability Claims Examiner to adjudicate General Liability BI & Auto BI claims with litigation experience and NY licensing preferred. The role offers hybrid work with a Marlton, NJ office or remote arrangement if outside 25 miles.

You will analyze claims, negotiate settlements, communicate with claimants and clients, and collaborate with a global network to deliver trusted outcomes while benefiting from Sedgwick's development programs and comprehensive benefits.

• Education & Licensing: 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
• Jurisdiction Knowledge: Nationwide
• Licensing: NY preferred

To analyze General Liability BI & Auto BI claims on behalf of our valued clients to determine benefits due, while ensuring ongoing adjudication of claims within service expectations, industry best practices, and specific client service requirements . Litigation experience required .

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

OFFICE LOCATION

Hybrid scheduled if within 25 miles of the Marlton, NJ Sedgwick office

If outside of the 25 miles, position will be remote

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is (85,000 - 95,000).
