Job summary

Lia Honda Kingston is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team. The Lia Group offers opportunities in a busy automotive environment with a focus on customer service and accuracy.

Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting customers, handling title documents, and coordinating with sales and finance. Training is available for the right candidate, and a clean driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive title clerk experience required.
• Must be able to work evenings & Saturdays.
• Proficient in dealership management software.
• Strong knowledge of state DMV required.
• Ability to multi task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Must have clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and route to the proper person.
• Meet and greet customers when they walk in.
• Alert the appropriate person if a customer has an appointment.
• Automotive experience is helpful, but training can be provided.
• Prepare and process title documents for new and used vehicles.
• Verify vehicle information and resolve title issues.
• Coordinate with sales, finance and accounting departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
