Job summary

Vintage Behavioral Healthcare Center LLC in Beltsville, MD seeks an LGPC to join a multidisciplinary clinical team. You will provide behavioral health services, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans under supervision in accordance with Maryland licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LGPC license required.
• Master's degree in counseling or related behavioral health program.
• Knowledge of behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, counseling interventions, and clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical client care and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling within scope of practice.
• Conduct clinical interviews and psychosocial assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Establish measurable treatment goals and monitor progress.
• Provide evidence-based, person-centered interventions.
• Coordinate care with psychiatric providers and treatment team.
