The Tidal Financial Group is seeking a Leverage Trading Analyst to support the execution and management of leveraged ETFs. You will work with equities, options, and swaps, using Bloomberg and other platforms to ensure accurate trade placement and settlement.

You will partner with the Investment/Portfolio Management and Operations teams to optimize trading processes, stay abreast of market developments, and contribute to superior fund performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative discipline or related experience.
• 0-2 years of trading equities, options, and fixed income with emphasis on option trading.
• Institutional/RIA trading experience.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg or similar institutional trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading strategies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated history of solving complex problems.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Very high level of competency in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and manage trades across equities, options, and swaps.
• Handle day-to-day operations of the Trading Team, including trade allocation, position settlement, and reconciliation.
• Use Bloomberg or other platforms for trade execution.
• Collaborate with Prime Brokers and Market Makers for best execution and fund efficiencies.
• Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and trading strategies.
• Ensure performance and adherence to fund objectives; deliver superior returns.
• Interact with stakeholders and build relationships across teams.
• Support ongoing improvements to trading processes and procedures.
