Job summary

A leading solutions provider in screening operations is seeking a qualified individual to apply advanced analytical techniques and enhance TSC and partner screening operations. The role requires an active Top-Secret Clearance and a Bachelor's or an associate degree with relevant experience. Responsibilities also include conducting in-depth studies, maintaining compliance with laws and regulations, and effectively communicating findings to leadership. This position is located in Vienna, Virginia.

Qualifications

Role and Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical and evaluative techniques to assess and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of TSC and partner screening operations, including organizational productivity and program performance; mentor, train, and support quality assurance for more junior personnel.
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant laws, policies, and regulations that influence program and resource management across interagency screening operations.
• Conduct in-depth studies and execute projects to develop or refine work methods, organizational structures, administrative processes, and support systems to improve operational outcomes.
• Evaluate, interpret, and tailor intelligence data to customer requirements using advanced research methods and automated intelligence databases, produce reports and briefings for internal and partner agency use; mentor, train, and support quality assurance for more junior personnel.
• Effectively communicate complex findings to executive leadership through clear, persuasive oral and written formats including briefings, reports, charts, and other analytic products.
