Job summary

Family Partners Home in Missouri is seeking a full-time Memory Care L1MA (Level One Medication Aide) for overnight shifts in a residential memory care home. You will support residents with personal care, assist with meals, and help engage them in daily activities.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have reliable transportation, pass a background check, hold a valid L1MA certification with DHSS, and are experienced in memory impairment care.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Experience caring for persons with memory, mental, and/or physical challenges.
• Positive, engaging, and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (dressing, hygiene, toileting, grooming).

6:45p-7:15a

Job Responsibilities for a Memory Care L1MA (Level One Medication Aide):

• Assist residents with personal care (dressing, hygiene, toileting, grooming)
• Light housekeeping tasks
• Laundry
• Medication administration
• Cooking meals for residents
• Activities and resident engagement
