Job summary

Leyden Solutions Inc. is seeking a qualified analyst to assess threats and intelligence, draw logical conclusions, and support TSC Unit Operations. You will apply qualitative and quantitative techniques to synthesize biometric and personal data, following SOPs and guidelines.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to navigate administrative processes, and a proactive approach to mission-critical information sharing with staff.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree +2 years of relevant experience, Associate Degree +4 years, or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Candidate’s education/experience must meet program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical techniques to aggregate threats, intelligence data, and biometric info and draft recommendations per SOPs.
• Understand management principles, communication channels, record-keeping, and organizational structure.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication to present findings and collaborate with staff.
• Extract and synthesize intelligence data from multiple sources to support threat analysis and unit operations.
• Follow complex guidance and perform additional duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Top-Secret Clearance Bachelor’s Degree +2 years of relevant experience, Associate Degree +4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience

Role and Responsibilities:

• Apply both qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to aggregate, assess, and analyze threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data, and draw logical fact-based recommendations and conclusions in accordance with TSC Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.


• Understand management principles and administrative processes, including communication channels, record-keeping, correspondence routing, and organizational structure.


• Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present findings, ask probing questions, and collaborate with staff to gather mission-critical information.


• Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence data from multiple complex sources to support threat analysis, screening, and support for TSC Unit Operations.


• Consistently apply complex guidance and standard procedures, and perform additional assigned duties as needed.
