Job summary

Covenant Health System is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join Covenant Children's NICU. The role focuses on caring for fragile newborns and supporting families within a Level IV NICU.

You will work with a team of Neonatologists and NNPs in a high-volume, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medications management, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing with specialization in Neonatal Care.
• Certification as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP).
• Minimum two years of NICU experience.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current NP license in the practice state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of premature and critically ill newborns.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and manage medications.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to ensure optimal outcomes.
