Qualifications

• 1 year recent experience in L&D, antepartum testing, FCC/Post Partum, OB/GYN, or Women's Health in an acute or ambulatory setting.
• 1 year NST experience.
• California RN license is required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.

• Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Organize work to minimize the use of overtime.
