Job summary

Spencer Britt in the south metro Atlanta area is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative NICU team and deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care for newborns in a Level III unit.

You'll work alongside experienced neonatologists, participate in resuscitation and ongoing management, and partner with families to support their infants' health and wellness in a patient-centered, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Certified or eligible as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
• Georgia APRN licensure or eligibility.
• Experience caring for critically ill newborns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered neonatal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based neonatal care in a Level III NICU.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and NICU teams.
• Participate in resuscitation and ongoing management of critically ill newborns.
• Communicate clearly with families about treatment plans and progress.
• Contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered care environment.
