Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions LLC in Claremore, Oklahoma seeks a Level III ER RN for day and night shifts to provide high-quality general emergency care and ultrasound imaging while prioritizing patient safety.

You will assess patients, initiate emergency measures when physicians are not available, operate critical equipment, administer therapies, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a brand-new facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years ER nursing experience (5 years preferred).
• Oklahoma or Compact RN license required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:30 to 8).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' clinical conditions and identify serious situations, prioritizing actions.
• Initiate emergency measures when the physician is not available.
• Operate and monitor emergency care equipment (infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, monitors).
• Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed.

Job description

We’re seeking a skilled Level III ER RN for both Days/Nightshift in Claremore, Oklahoma. This role focuses on providing high-quality general ultrasound imaging while ensuring patient safety and care.

Position Details

Assess patients' clinical conditions, recognizing, identifying and interpreting serious situations, prioritizing, and immediately deciding upon and taking proper action.

Initiate appropriate measures in emergency situations when the physician is not immediately available.

• Operate and monitor general and specialized emergency care equipment such as infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, cardiac monitors and other specialized equipment.
• Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed by the physician such as medications and IV therapy that alter hemodynamic status, respiratory therapy, mechanical ventilation, etc.
• Record observations, nursing interventions, therapeutic measures administered, and status of coordinated activities between nursing and other professional disciplines.
• Document specific health care requirements for patients and prepares written assignments to individual team members., matching the skills and abilities of staff to the care requirements of patients.
• Plan and develop care delivery and implementation of the plan and coordinates the documentation of care.
• Share responsibilities for sustaining adequate supplies and equipment as well as general upkeep of the unit and in preserving a safe environment.

Requirements

Schedule: 12 hour shifts (7:30 to 8 for Days & Nights)

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience, 5 yrs preferred

Must have an Oklahoma or Compact RN License

Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
