Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior MSP engineer to manage client environments and resolve escalated issues in Dallas. You will oversee service delivery across servers, networks, and cloud systems, supporting Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and hybrid migrations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on networking experience, MSP background, and relevant certifications, with strong project and time-management skills. Expect automation, scripting, and AI tooling to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of firsthand experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, firewalls, servers, and workstations.
• Strong project management abilities and time-management discipline.
• Experience working at a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or similar.

Responsibilities
