Job summary

NVI, LLC in Kilgore, TX is hiring multiple Level II NDE Technicians. The roles involve performing radiographic inspections of materials and structures, operating radiographic equipment safely, and documenting results.

Qualifications

• Level II RT/MT/PT/UT certification is required.
• Valid State Radiographers card or IRRSP card.
• Fluent in manual film processing and familiarity with welding codes (ASME/API/AWS).

Responsibilities

• Perform Level II radiographic inspections to inspect materials, components and structures for defects.
• Set up and operate radiographic equipment safely and produce quality radiographs.
• Calculate, establish, and control radiation area.
• Adhere to quality control procedures and safety protocols.
• Interpret radiographic images to evaluate flaws and abnormalities.
• Document test results, including reports and records.
• Collaborate with management to meet project requirements.
• Travel to other regions as needed for support.
• Provide on-the-job training to trainees and assistants.
• Perform MT, PT and UT methods as required.
