Applied Technical Services, LLC (ATS) seeks contract NAS-410 Level II NDT Technicians for a Seattle-area assignment. Projects cover ET, UT, UTSW, and RT with multiple NAS-410 certifications preferred. The role runs through December, approx.

60 hours/week, with per diem, travel, and medical/vision benefits. Ideal candidates are NAS-410 Level II certified in one or more methods, with strong communication and ability to follow procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• NAS-410 Level II eligibility in one or more NDT methods.
• ET, UT, UTSW, RT (Film or DDA) eligibility.
• Documented classroom hours for each method.
• Official OJT/experience hours for Level II recertification.
• Additional NAS-410 NDT certifications preferred.

Position Summary:-

Applied Technical Services, LLC (ATS) is seeking contract NAS-410 Level II NDT Technicians to support a temporary assignment in the Seattle, Washington area. The position is focused on Eddy Current Testing (ET), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Ultrasonic Testing Shear Wave (UTSW), and Radiographic Testing (RT), with multiple NAS-410 certifications preferred.

The project is expected to begin as soon as September and is anticipated to continue through December, with approximately 60 hours per week expected. Competitive pay, per diem, and travel in and out are provided.

Prior military personnel with aviation NDI/NDT training and documented experience are encouraged to apply.

• Documented classroom hours in each applicable method.
• Official on-the-job training (OJT) and experience hours for Level II recertification in each applicable method.
• Additional NDT certifications in accordance with NAS-410 are preferred.
• Prior military aviation NDI/NDT training and documented experience are welcomed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:-

• Applicants must be certifiable to NAS-410 Level II in at least one applicable NDT method.
• Applicants must provide documented classroom hours and official OJT/experience hours required for Level II recertification.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to wear required safety equipment for personal protection.
• Must be able to work at heights, including on scaffolding, ladders, elevated platforms, and man-baskets.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces requiring crawling, stooping, and climbing.
• Must be able to work around operating equipment and in industrial environments.
• Must be able to work with radiation and hazardous materials, including cleaners, penetrants, and film-developing chemicals.
• Must be available to work shifts of up to 12 hours per day and 7 days per week.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• The position is limited to U.S. Persons because of access to information subject to U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). A U.S. Person includes U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and persons granted asylum in the United States.
