Job summary

NationaLease is seeking a Level 2 Diesel Mechanic with 3 years of experience in heavy duty diesel trucks. You will diagnose issues, service and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, cooling, brakes and tires, and perform road tests to confirm repairs.

CDL is preferred but not required, valid driver’s license is a must, and on-call rotation may be required. Join a family-owned company with a safety‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• 3 years Diesel Engine Repair.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and meet insurability.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated & Leadership skills.
• Must be available for Field Service calls and On Call Rotation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose/troubleshoot basic issues, review with supervisor for corrective action plan.
• Vehicle component lubrication and replacement.
• Electrical system repairs.
• Cooling system maintenance.
• Road test to confirm repairs.
• Brake maintenance.
• Tire and/or wheel replacement.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
