Role Description

The Level 2 Behavior Clinician is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Indianapolis. The primary responsibilities include providing individualized behavioral support to clients, conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior plans, and monitoring progress. The clinician will collaborate with clients, families, and other service providers to ensure the delivery of effective, person-centered care plans. Participation in team meetings, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to ethical and professional practices are fundamental to this role.
