eNGINE is seeking an entry-level NOC Monitor to join its 24/7 operations team in the United States. You'll be part of a training-focused program designed to build a foundation for a Systems Engineer role, with hands-on exposure to network, server, and application monitoring.

You'll learn how to triage alerts, document incidents, and escalate issues while gaining real-world experience on critical infrastructure. This role is ideal for curious, reliable IT candidates looking to grow quickly.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of IT experience (help desk, NOC, or similar).
• Familiarity with monitoring or ticketing tools.
• Ability to work day, evening, overnight, or rotating shifts.
• Strong interest in becoming a Systems Engineer.
• Good attitude, willingness to provide compassionate customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network, server, and application dashboards for alerts and anomalies.
• Perform first-level triage using runbooks and escalate issues when needed.
