Sonshine Manor in Republic, Missouri is seeking a Level 1 Medication Aide (LIMA) to join our team on the night shift. Primary duties include preparing and administering medications, accurately recording doses, and monitoring residents for changes in condition.

The role requires good communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of medical terminology. The team supports daily living activities, hygiene, nutrition, and safe, compassionate resident care.

Night Shift

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing medications for patients
• Administering various types of medication throughout the day
• Recording every dose of medication administered
• Observing patients to look for changes
• Notifying nurses about changes or medical issues with patients
• Following all safety protocols
• Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Help Residents with personal hygiene
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Assist other staff in other departments as neededAdhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data
