Job summary

New Hope Services (NHS) is seeking a licensed psychologist with HSPP endorsement to supervise Level 2 Clinicians and approve behavioral support plans. This 1099 contractor role is based in Indiana and allows remote work as needed.

Candidates must have 5 years supervising HCBS services (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW with HCBS supervision acceptable). Confidentiality is essential and termination could follow breaches. Compensation is $65 per hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Gives written critique or approval of all behavioral support plans developed by Level 2 Clinician
• Provides supervision to Level 2 Clinician
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all client matters. Failure to maintain confidentiality may result in immediate termination of the service agreement.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Be a licensed psychologist with HSPP endorsement

• A licensed LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW with 5 years of experience supervising individuals in HCBS services.
