Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is hiring a Store Assistant Manager in Claremore, OK to lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced, high-volume store. You’ll train, coach, and develop team members, drive customer experiences, and support daily operations as you grow toward future General Manager roles.

Starting pay is $14–$16 per hour, with up to 45 hours per week, and benefits including 401(k) and profit sharing. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with real growth into leadership.
