This person is the local contact to our customer base and immediate supervisor of 9 individuals. They coordinate with building occupants on what areas are being used and the availability. Apply to join our team today!Job Duties: Under general direction, this position will perform responsible supervisory, administrative, and managerial work in the operation and maintenance of a large state facility. This position will be responsible for scheduling staff, supervising staff, administrative duties, maintenance and training, and interacting with building occupants and coordinating building use. All other duties assigned withing the scope of the classification.Requirements / QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent vocational education in construction, HVAC, welding, or other maintenance/construction trade, one year of experience in skilled building maintenance or a mechanical trade, and experience monitoring, coordinating, leading, or supervising the work of maintenance staff and/or projects. Experience may substitute for education on a year for year basisPreferred Qualifications: Previous supervision of staff of 10 or more staff in a 24/7 facility. Journeyman or license in electrical or plumbing. Several years of HVAC experience.Other: Driving is required for this position. As such, the incumbent must provide a valid driver's license.
