Seeking a dynamic and passionate Les Mills Instructor to join our fitness team. As a Les Mills Instructor, you will be responsible for leading energetic and engaging group fitness classes based on Les Mills programs. Your primary goal is to inspire and motivate participants, helping them achieve their fitness objectives while delivering a high‑energy and enjoyable workout experience.
Salary Range: The minimum salary for a new instructor is $25 per hour. An experienced instructor (5+ years experience) will start at $28 per hour. Having a national group fitness certification will increase the starting rate by $2.50 per hour.
Benefit & Perks: When an instructor has at least one weekly, on‑going class on schedule, the JCC offers membership to the Jewish Community Center, discounts on programs including preschool and summer camp, and wellbeing programming.
