Job summary

US Fitness in Winchester, VA is looking for a dynamic Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy, safe classes and build a welcoming community. You will collaborate with the Group Fitness Director to deliver an outstanding member experience and drive participation.

Responsibilities include tracking attendance in MotionVibe, promoting club programs, and maintaining certifications. The role requires a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification.
• Specialty cert if your format requires it.
• CPR/AED certification (current).
• Prior group teaching experience preferred.

• Track attendance/schedule in MotionVibe, follow payroll procedures, and keep simple class stats.
• Keep studios spotless: reset equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Stay current: maintain certifications and attend required team meetings/trainings.
• Support the schedule: follow sub policies and help cover as needed.
• Be flexible-early mornings, evenings, and weekends happen here!
