Must have experience:

  • 2+ years of previous Head Baker experience in a high-volume upscale casual or fine dining restaurant
  • Previous artisan bread-making experience using starters
  • Able to make yeasted, fermented, and laminated bread from scratch
  • Natural leaving production baking experience
  • Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
  • Ordering, receiving & inventory
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Staff training & motivation
  • Managing 4 or more people
