Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Security Systems Level S2 Technician to design, configure, and maintain enterprise‑level physical security systems with a focus on Lenel S2 access control. The role covers badge readers, CCTV/VMS, and intrusion detection across facilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in low‑voltage systems, networked security applications, and system integration, enabling independent and collaborative work in commercial or industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Lenel S2 Certification required.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in physical security systems or controls engineering.
• Experience with access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
• Familiarity with IP-based security systems and networked deployments.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Lenel S2 access control systems including database management and user provisioning.
• Program and troubleshoot access control hardware such as door controllers and badge readers.
• Design and implement system enhancements and integrations with enterprise platforms.
