Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties for one or more Sr. level loan officers engaged in consumer/commercial loans.
• Type, file, answer phone, greet and assist customers and prospective customers via phone or email.
• Prepare loan documentation and follow up to ensure conformity to Bank's lending processes.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture and follow company policies.

Due to the experience and proficiency level of this job, the incumbent receives only general supervision. The incumbent has frequent customer contact by telephone and e-mail. Assists customers with routine problems and resolves or refers to other departments or supervisor.
