Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and at least three years of secretarial/administrative experience, commercial or personal loan experience preferred.
• Strong customer relations, accuracy, flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties for one or more Sr. level loan officers engaged in commercial/consumer loans.
• Type, file, answer phone, greet and assist customers and prospective customers.
• Assist customers with the loan application process and prepare applications for the lending officers’ review.
• Coordinate with loan processors to complete and return closing documentation in a timely manner.
• Handle special projects and actively participate in a Customer Service First culture.
